He does not want to go have to move to a "home" (who of us will when our 'time' comes???). | Comment: | Steve: I just wanted to let you and your readers know that the 5th annual ride to "Support our Troops" was held in Kokomo this past Sunday, and what a great event. It was my first ride in such an event and the local Abate Club has had a total of 900 bikers over the past 4 years. This year there were 1038 bikers for the event. What a turn out... I never saw such patriotism in all my life along the 75 mile route from Kokomo to Tipton to Elwood and north on sr 37 to sr 35 and back to Kokomo. People lined the streets in the towns and rural areas with banners, flags, and thank you's all along the way, Anyone who says that Patriotism is dead is wrong.... Roger Weaver, first time rider.....I will ride in this event again. |

I commend the people who organized and took time to put this show together for the good cause. And also great thanks for all the people who participate. Im sure, as reluctant of those people to reach out for help....at least, they knew in their heart that God will take care of them for taking care of those who needed help. | Comment: | just wanted to say we love youre show. but there is one thing, it seems to be hard to find people to ride with if u dont own a harley !! we own a 2006 yamaha venture and its seems like we are a out cast at these events. could u please advise us to some places that are not this way. keep up the good work. p.s. we even talked to someone at a event about helping with sponsering a event and when they found out we didnt have a harley they stopped talking to us. we are good people. thanks tim and kelley waggoner |
